As soon as you finish installing Google Drive for your Mac/PC or mobile app, your device can sync with Google Drive on the web so that you can view your files. MacOS 10.9 + Thanks for downloading Backup and Sync. Get the Google Photos app to back up and view photos on your Android and iOS devices.
You can access your Google Drive files by going to www.usc.edu/google from a web browser or through desktop (Windows and Mac OS X) and mobile (Android and iOS) apps. This page will explain how to download these apps and configure them up to access your USC Google Drive files.

Google Drive Desktop Apps
Google currently offers two apps for backing up files to the cloud from your PC or Mac: Backup and Sync and Drive File Stream. Back up and Sync stores your Google Drive content on your personal computer and in the cloud while Drive File Stream stores all of your files and folders in the cloud only.
